Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
All products are included on the Website for Virtual Demonstration purposes only. However, you can get an idea of the product before you buy it.
Where can I view my sales receipt?
You will receive a receipt after purchasing the product. Additionally, you will receive a copy in your email.
How can I return an item?
As this is a perfume product, we have no refund options for open items. If your items are not open we can accept your returns.
Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
"Out of stock" means that the product is currently out of stock on our website, but will be in stock in a few days. So, you can even order out of stock items. But delivery will be delayed.
Where can I receive my order?
Your orders will be received in your hands by the delivery providers we are partnered with. They will arrange the delivery for you by call or email.
